Breathwork is a dynamic, active meditation using two-part pranayama that will deepen your self-knowledge, release stuck energy, and let go of the messages that no longer serve you. You can release anxiety, limiting thought patterns, and tap into your personal power. A breathwork circle takes on a supportive and safe energy, allowing you to navigate your way through the meditation with the support of your community.
